Overview
Samsung launched the Galaxy Tech Program (GTP), a one-year creator advocacy initiative built around a curated community of 80 creators. Each creator was expected to deliver two videos and one static content piece per month. Cloutflow managed the program end to end — scouting, locking, briefing, coordination, content follow-ups, and deliverable management — to amplify the Galaxy S26 flagship launch, extend visibility across the Samsung ecosystem, drive pre-booking and sale awareness, and build trust through reviews and demos.
Business challenge
Standing out in an overcrowded tech market where audiences scroll past new devices and specs, while moving beyond one-time launch bursts to continuous awareness, education, and advocacy across a year-long mandate.
Cloutflow strategy
We built a structured content architecture across five buckets: Launch Event Key Highlights, Product Unboxing, Horizontal Lock (the campaign's biggest viral breakout at 6.13M views and 47.7% of total views), Privacy Display, and Photo Assist. The roadmap evolved from January FOC amplification and hype building, through February launch-led momentum, to March education-led feature storytelling on Nightography, Privacy Display, and Galaxy AI.
Execution
An 80-creator advocacy community spanning tech-first partnerships and trust-led recommendation creators delivered launch and unboxing reels, Horizontal Lock viral formats, Privacy Display daily-use demos, and Photo Assist Galaxy AI storytelling. January focused on FOC amplification and early hype. February drove high-visibility launch momentum with unboxings and product reveals. March shifted to education-led feature storytelling. Cloutflow delivered 448 tracked assets (408 Instagram, 40 YouTube) in just two months, with 597 additional FOC assets and 710 bonus organic stories delivering an estimated 3M+ extra reach.
Impact
What was planned as a creator program became a high-performing, always-on launch ecosystem — 15.39M views, 637K+ engagements, and 3x more organic content than committed through FOC support. Cloutflow transformed GTP from a delivery program into a scalable advocacy engine.
