Creators need to constantly level up their content to get more engagement and stay relevant to their followers in order to grow. It puts up huge pressure on them to constantly innovate to stay in the game.
2. Uncertainty: As a creator, you never know how much you’d be earning this month and in the coming months. It’s highly uncertain. Some months you earn quite a lot and some months may go by without a penny. Dealing with this uncertainty on a daily basis is extremely challenging and end up creating a lot of stress for them.
3. The unpredictability of social media: Social media is highly unpredictable. Even if you give it everything and yet your growth may be slow because of the algorithm. All your efforts and hard work are judged by an algorithm and it is not even in your hands. Some posts with the least effort, rule social media and some posts in which you give all that you have may sink without a trace.
4. Building an audience, shooting videos, and coming up with creative ideas require a lot of time and energy. It is challenging. It is not at all easy.
